Brand Ambassador
Brief descriptionThe Brand Ambassador “BA” (outside marketing agent) consists of generating and setting an appointment of prospect leads using integrity, sincerity, solution selling techniques, on prospects, and persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service.
TasksAdjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals;
Has NO contact with prospects by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services.
Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or to;
Follow sales scripts and probe to better target the needs and interests of a client.
Provide qualified appointments with accurate information.
Be able to send appointment information to Lead Generator Manager via email including; name, phone number, address, and email, if the prospect is a homeowner if all the decision-makers in the house will be present (a requirement for an appointment), appointment date/time;
Be able to explain to the customer the process of setting the appointment, including the follow-up call to confirm the appointment, and the office information in case the appointment needs to be changed or they have any further questions.
Represent Relyon Water Systems of Southern California at assigned retail partner locations with ethics and professionalism.
Maintain any Relyon Water Systems of Southern California booths and/or sales floor area.
Meet or exceed the minimum performance requirements of an average of 1 appointment an hour.
A high school diploma or equivalent;
Ability to persuade others to change their minds or behavior;
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of retail locations.
Have the ability to send lead generation appointment information to lead generator managers in a timely manner specified by individual managers.
